Returns sent to an address not provided by our team will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our garments. However, if you're not satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items purchased directly through our website within 30 days of receiving your order.

Muse & Mirror does not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Muse & Mirror will cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the value of the merchandise only.
Original shipping costs (including express or international delivery) are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
